Collection and automatic processing of data by the browser

We gather information through web forms, social media networks and so on in order to provide a better level of service to all of our users. We generally ask for personal information such as the name, fiscal identification code, postal address, email address and telephone number of a user in order to store this information in our files.

Data categories: Personal identification data, commercial activity data, transaction and accounting data.

As is true of any other website, our server automatically and temporarily gathers and stores the following data in the server registration files which are transferred through the browser, unless you have deactivated this:

Collection and processing of data which have been voluntarily provided

All of the data that are requested are processed in the files of the Data Controller and are required in order to

      • Provide the services contracted and respond to requests made by our clients
      • Offer the opportunity of participating in contests and prize draws and accessing the many exclusive benefits that we provide for our clients
      • Manage clients, administration, accounting and tax affairs
      • Inform you of new products and services which may be of interest to you
      • Manage requests to access and download catalogues of our products and services, in addition to checking on your business data and the status of your orders.
      • Any other purposes that are required for the development, fulfilment and management of the contractual relationship which the client maintains with the Data Controller

On our web page www.gimenezganga.com and www.saxun.com, we provide you with a contact form. Using this form, we collect your title, your name, your email address and your country of provenance in addition to your message. You may only use the contact form if you submit the following declaration of consent:

Your data will only be transferred encrypted, in order to prevent discovery by third parties. We will store and use these data for the sole purpose of processing your request.

3.4.

In processing personal data, the Data Controller pledges to guarantee and to protect the public freedoms and the fundamental rights of the individuals that the files concern and, in particular, their honour and their personal and family privacy, in this sense being obliged to conduct the corresponding processing of data in compliance with existing regulations at all times and to maintain the highest level of secrecy in relation to user information.

The personal data that are subject to processing will not be used for purposes other than those which are outlined here or, if applicable, by another document or contract which links both parties with specific conditions.

Unless express consent is given by users, there will be no transfer or communication of data to third parties not provided for in the GDPR.

The Data Controller will adopt measures to ensure that any person that acts under their authority and has access to personal data may only process these data under the instructions of said Data Controller, unless obliged to do so under the provisions of Union law or Member State law.

The Data Controller informs users that, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Regulation of Security Measures, it has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent unauthorised or illicit access, processing, alteration and loss and to protect against accidental damage and destruction, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

In the same way, the Data Controller guarantees to the user the fulfilment of their duty of professional secrecy with regard to users’ personal data and their duty to protect these.

 

Transfer to third parties

In principle, if you have provided us with your personal data these will not be transferred to third parties. These data will only be transferred
